DataTypePayloadSchema variable

No edit_url: the data types dashboard is a list rather than a per-entity route, and a URL that resolves to a list is less useful than none.

api_url is project-scoped rather than entity-scoped because GET /api/v1/data-types takes only projectId — it is still the endpoint this data type is read from.
