SearchInputShell() function
Presentational shell for a collapsible, animated search control. Renders a compact trigger when collapsed and an input (with optional leading/trailing slots) when expanded. In the expanded state the input is absolutely positioned so it overlays adjacent UI while the root keeps a permanent 1.5rem × 1.5rem footprint in the layout. The overlay spans the full width of the nearest positioned ancestor (e.g. FilterWrapper).
