FilterWrapper() function

Horizontal container for multiple filter controls. Grows to fill remaining bar space so an expanded search overlay can stretch to the sort/view controls. Chips pack from the start so Add sits flush after them; when they overflow they scroll inside the track and do not run under Add. Pass endSlot for controls that must stay visible (Add / More). Adding a child scrolls the track to the end so the new chip (and its auto-opened value menu) is in view.
