FilterTextInput() function

The value segment of a filter condition for text operators (contains…, …). The trigger shows the entered text as read-only plain text (or an italic placeholder). Opening the menu reveals a text input with an optional destructive clear control. Typing updates a local draft and emits onChange on each change so the parent can apply the filter on a short delay; the trigger reflects the live draft while the menu is open.
