FilterSingleSelect() function

The value segment of a filter condition rendered as a single-select dropdown. Shows a typeahead search once the option count exceeds searchThreshold (or always when alwaysShowSearch is set), optional per-option icons, leading slots, group headers and separators, and the selected value as truncated plain text. When some options have a leading visual and others do not, empty icon slots keep labels left-aligned. Long option labels ellipsis in the capped dropdown (title keeps the full string). Generic over the option value type.
