FilterDatePicker() function

The value segment of a filter condition rendered as a date picker dropdown. The trigger shows the selected date as locale-formatted plain text (or an italic placeholder). Opening the menu reveals a react-aria DateField (locale-aware segments) and the shared calendar picker. The trigger text, the segments, the calendar and pasted text all follow react-aria's locale (the I18nProvider locale, or the browser language when there is none), so one set of digits reads as one date. Picking a calendar day or pasting a date commits it and closes the menu. A typed date is held as a draft and commits on Enter or when the menu closes. A draft whose year has fewer than four digits never commits: Enter is ignored and closing the menu discards it.
